Here's to a good friend of mine, Samuel... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!Before we became prefects or before he became the Executive Committee directly in-charge of Bureau Traffic, I never quite liked him. But, he turned out to be one of the nicest Executive Committee (EXCO).
Apart from that, he is undoubtedly a very responsible leader. We (Samuel, Andeline, Jenny, Tzin Yee, Kelvin, Min Zhi, Anders, Colin and I) normally hang out together. So here's to a bright future, Ah Seng, haha.
